Rome is the epicenter of history and a great gateway into Italy. With everything centrally located in the city, you can easily hit the highlights in a short stay.
Florence is the heart of the Renaissance and a dream for art and culture lovers. The city is walkable and it's easy to explore the Duomo, Accademia, and Uffizi while also enjoying incredible shopping, wine bars, and some of the best food in Italy.
Tuscany offers a slower countryside rhythm and sweeping vineyard views. Unwind with private wine tastings, cooking classes, truffle hunts, and spa time.
The turquoise water, colorful villages, and iconic cliffside hotels all set the scene in the Amalfi Coast. Spend your days between Capri and Positano, enjoying leisurely beach clubs and dining with sunset views over the Mediterranean.
- How long should I go for? It depends how much you want to do! We recommend at least a week, but if you want to visit several regions we would recommend 2-3 weeks.
- What can I expect to spend? We recommend budgeting at least $20K for a mix of 4- and 5-star hotels during a 10-14 day trip or $30K+ for an ultra-luxury experience.
- When's the best time to go? The best beach weather is from May to September. Peak truffle-hunting season in Tuscany is October. If you're headed to mostly cities, there's never a bad time to go.
- How far in advance should I book? If you're wanting a beach destination, we recommend 8-10 months in advance. Some of the larger cities can booked with shorter lead times.
- What if I want to go, but it's not for my honeymoon? Italy is great for any reason!
- What if I want destinations other than these? The country has so many amazing places to explore and we also love destinations like Milan, Lake Como, Venice, Lake Garda, Dolomites, Puglia, Sicily, and Ischia.
